Alyssa Snyder
Executive Director
Alyssa joined the team at Bridge of Hope BuxMont in 2025, bringing 25 years of leadership experience serving families and communities in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. She holds an MBA and Bachelor’s degree of Science in Secondary Education, and worked in several social service agencies and faith-based non-profits. Alyssa’s faith provides a strong foundation for purpose and connection in her work. She is committed to promoting hope and dignity to individuals experiencing difficult times and connecting people with resources to thrive. Alyssa’s values align with the Bridge of Hope mission as she is focused on supporting the success of the team and building on the strong board, church, and donor relations to grow program participation. Alyssa also finds great satisfaction in spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys cheering on her kids in their activities and volunteering for church and community.
Alyssa Casciello
Program Manager
Alyssa joined the Bridge of Hope BuxMont team in April, 2024. Alyssa has taken on the role of Program Manager and brings a motivation to explore new ways to support and implement Bridge of Hope’s mission. Alyssa has a passion for aiding single mothers and their children to not only establish safety and stability, but also to support the mothers in their journey towards self-worth, empowerment and independence. Alyssa is a newlywed that enjoys spending free time exploring new places and activities with her husband and fur baby, Daisy. Alyssa also appreciates little things such as finding new restaurants with her friends, as well as spending quiet, comfortable nights at home with family. Prior to joining Bridge of Hope BuxMont, Alyssa worked in the drug and alcohol addiction field in Philadelphia for six years.
Debra Franke
Case Manager
Having been through several difficult life transitions, Debra brings a deep commitment to supporting individuals in transition and facilitating their journey towards personal and professional fulfillment. With a background in organizational development, career coaching, and alumni relations, Debra brings a mix of relational and technical skills to our work of empowering moms to achieve their goals. Active in the community, Debra serves on the Board of a local nonprofit, Springs of LIFE. She also volunteers with the Adult Formation Team and Immigration Support Ministry at Souderton Mennonite Church, and participated in a weeklong service trip with Mennonite Disaster Service. Outside of work, Debra finds joy in spending time with friends, tackling jigsaw puzzles, and bonding over episodes of Survivor with her adult son.
Kathleen Kelly
Kathleen has built her career in human services, supporting individuals and families with compassion, understanding, and practical solutions. She’s passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and connect with the resources that can make a real difference. Known for her approachable nature and genuine care, Kathleen believes in meeting people where they are and guiding them toward positive change.
When she’s off the clock, Kathleen is happily busy with her 15-year-old twins—a boy and a girl—who keep life full of energy and laughter. She loves getting lost in a good book, spending time in nature or by the water, and watching romantic comedies. Her happy place often includes sunshine, fresh air and an iced matcha.
Kristin Vasey
Communications Administrator
Kristin began working with Bridge of Hope BuxMont in November, 2021. She enjoys working “behind the scenes” in a supportive, administrative role to help achieve Bridge of Hope achieve its organizational and missional goals. Kristin has a passion for ministry and considers it a true privilege to work for an organization that comes alongside families facing homelessness in the community in which she lives. Prior to joining Bridge of Hope BuxMont, Kristin worked for four years in a similar role at a nonprofit disability ministry.
Kristin and her husband are the loving parents to one son who keeps them on their toes with his boundless energy and insatiable curiosity. They attend Living Hope Community Church in Dublin, PA where Kristin is actively involved in a weekly mom’s group. She enjoys all things traveling, whether it’s hiking in a National Park, loading up her family in their camper for a weekend getaway, or relaxing by the woodstove at her family’s cabin in western PA.
