PROGRAM MANAGER/DIRECTOR (full-time position)

Work where your talent makes a big difference!  Bridge of Hope BuxMont works to end homelessness for single mothers and their children in Pennsylvania’s Bucks and Montgomery counties.  Your role as a compassionate, enthusiastic Program Manager/Director will empower our clients to become strong, resilient families.

Your Role:

After onboarding and training, you’ll be ready to use your education and experience to provide support to case managers and our participating families.  You will report to the Executive Director.  Your role includes:

  • Engaging in the family intake procedure
  • Managing, supporting and evaluating the Bridge of Hope program and services to consistently improve our offerings
  • Training volunteer groups
  • Supporting organization activities and connections to the community

What a Successful Candidate will need:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in social work, counseling or related field
  • Experience/training in program management and administration. Preference given to applicants with experience in working with women and children.
  • Supervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A drive to learn and grow within the social services and non-profit sector.
  • Active member of a Christian faith community that confesses Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
  • Willingness to work occasional evening or weekend hours as needed to meet the needs of the organization and the families we serve.
  • A valid driver’s license and availability of a vehicle.
